Rutile Titanium Dioxide R1931 is non-toxic white pigment with stable chemical property and surface is coating processed. It also enchances R1931 strong hiding power, tinting reducing power and that make TiO₂ easy to disperse in the organic system. At the same time, R1931 has excellent weather resistance and anti-chalking property for industrial outdoor coating.
