The appearance is white powder, and it is non-toxic with excellent chemical stability. The surface is coated by zirconia & organic chemicals. It has the bright whiteness, brightness, gloss, hiding power, tint reducing power.

Rutile Titanium Dioxide pigments R1930 is high grade, multi-purpose product, that is widely used in the following industries such as high grade indoor &outdoor coatings, interior & exterior latex paints, industrial coatings, powder coatings, plastics (PVC, PE, polystyrene and polyurethane etc.), masterbatch, PVC profile, rubber, high-grade printing ink and paper making, etc..
